[About the speaker]

Xu  Zuosheng is a professor at Hsinchu Jiaotong University, Taiwan (2001-2018), a Sea Scholar at Dalian University of Technology (2015-2020), and a visiting scholar at the School of Public Policy, Tsinghua University, Beijing (2015). According to the number of papers published in the world's top ten science and management journals from 2004 to 2008, he was selected as one of the world's top 50 Science and management scholars by IAMOT in 2009.
