Moon Hye-chang, honorary professor of Seoul National University, former dean of the School of International Studies, chair professor of Seoul Graduate School of Science (aSSIST), is an internationally renowned scholar in the field of overseas investment and international competitiveness. Professor Moon's areas of expertise include international competitiveness, global business strategy, investment studies, cross-cultural management, Korean (and Asian) business and economics, and creating common value. He has developed several academic theories, including the imbalance theory of investment, the double diamond model of global competitiveness and the ABCD model of strategy at all levels including country, industry, firm and individual/leadership. Professor Moon was awarded the Seoul National University Academic Research Award, and served as an advisor on overseas investment for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and ambassador for Investment promotion in Korea.
