About the Speaker:

Cheng Guisun is an associate professor in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Management, East China Normal University. In recent years, he has presided over the completion of 9 projects such as the National Social Science Youth Fund and the Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education. He is also a specially appointed review expert of "National 100 Excellent Management Cases"; a review expert of management cases of China Management Case Sharing Center; a review expert of China Business Administration International Case Library; and an expert of Shanghai MBA Management Case Library Distinguished Review.

Dr. Cheng Guisun is especially good at case development and teaching. In recent years, he has written more than 20 original management cases, among them, the original management cases were selected for the national“100 Excellent Management Cases Award” for seven consecutive years (2012-2018). Four of them were selected into the international case database of China's business administration, and in 2018, they were awarded the national“100 Outstanding Management Case Awards” for key case projects (there were only five nationwide).  He has given more than 20 lectures on case development and case teaching for the sixteen sessions of the “Management case development and case teaching” teacher training course co-sponsored by the National MBA Education Steering Committee and the China Management Case Sharing Center, as well as for business school teachers from China Europe International Business School, Wuhan University and Jilin University universities.
