Ⅰ. School Introduction

Founded in 1975, Dublin Business School (DBS) is Ireland's leading independent institution offering a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes from Business School to literature and law School. DBS is a platinum partner of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).  Over the past 40 years, thousands of professional accounting students have passed the exams at Dublin Business School and more than 1,000 people have won global and national awards and placed in the ACCA and CIMA global exams.

In 2018, Dublin Business School was awarded the National Education Award for General Excellence in Education and Best Business School.

Ⅱ. Overall Description

  1. Major

Third year undergraduate students of Finance, Accounting and Business Management.

Headcount: In principle, 5 students are selected to participate in the program each year, and the number can be increased according to the situation

Students are not allowed to change majors while studying in the DBS undergraduate program.  Graduate students can apply for related majors according to their personal planning.

 

  1. Application Requirements

IELTS 6.0;

An average GAP of 3.0 (full mark 4.0) in the courses taken in BNU and the average score should be no less than 70;

  1. Program Description

BNUBS and Dublin Business School plan to jointly launch a 3+1+1 master's degree program.  The program is open to third-year undergraduate students in the School of Economics and Business Administration. After 5 years of study (the first 3 years of study in Beijing Normal University, and the fourth and fifth years in Dublin Business School), the student meets the training requirements and degree awarding requirements of both parties. The student will eventually obtain a bachelor's degree from Beijing Normal University, a bachelor's degree from Dublin Business School and a master's degree from Dublin Business School. The duration of the program is 5 years, in which students complete the three-year undergraduate program at Beijing Normal University in the first three years, and the one-year undergraduate program and one-year master program at Dublin Business School in the fourth and fifth years.
