The Mock Interview Competition in Beijing Normal University is sponsored by the public relations department of the student union of Beijing Normal University, and is undertaken by BNU Business School and School of Government.  It has now been successfully held twice. The competition consists of the preliminary, the semi-final and the final. Every stage of the competition has different forms. The contestants are from different colleges in Beijing, including Beijing Normal University. The judges are senior Human Resources Consultants from many famous companies. The competition provides the most authentic interview scene. Not only can students test themselves before the senior interviewers, but they can also receive the valuable advice from them, which lays the foundations of students’ future development.
