From June 25 to 29, 2026, BNUBS concluded its series of offline undergraduate recruitment outreach activities in Jiangxi Province. Targeted follow-up telephone interviews with prospective applicants were fully completed on July 3.

Overseen and led by Professor Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, the recruitment taskforce consisted of 27 full-time faculty members and 5 student volunteers. The team took part in 44 recruitment consultation events hosted by the Jiangxi Provincial Education Examination Authority, Jiangxi Daily, Sina Jiangxi, and high schools across cities and counties in Jiangxi. Meanwhile, nine regional consultation hotlines were activated and two QQ groups were set up for applicants, enabling round-the-clock responses to inquiries from candidates and their parents regarding university applications.

To ensure effective delivery of recruitment outreach, the School previously held a pre-departure mobilization meeting and experience-sharing session featuring systematic training on admission policies and consultation service standards, consolidating the professional expertise of all team members. During the five-day offline campaign, all participating faculty and students offered meticulous interpretations of admission policies and tailored guidance on college application strategies for attending candidates and parents with professional competence and enthusiastic service. The recruitment initiative received robust support from the Jiangxi Provincial Education Examination Authority and local high schools across the province. At the large-scale college admission consultation fair organized by the Jiangxi Provincial Education Examination Authority, faculty members from BNUBS were invited for an exclusive interview with Jiangxi TV. They introduced the School’s educational features and disciplinary strengths to prospective students province-wide, and elaborated on relevant admission policies and practical tips for formulating university applications.

Following the conclusion of offline events, the recruitment team carried out structured targeted telephone follow-ups. During the critical application window, team members addressed applicants’ questions via one-on-one communication and helped them devise well-grounded university application plans suited to individual circumstances.

The outreach campaign covered all 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province, achieving full geographical coverage of the province. Thanks to coordinated institutional arrangements by the university and joint efforts of faculty and students, BNUBS has successfully fulfilled its undergraduate recruitment outreach assignments for Jiangxi in 2026.Moving forward, the School will further expand recruitment channels, enhance the quality of outreach services, uphold stringent standards for student admission, and build a high-calibre applicant pool to support steady improvement of the university’s overall talent cultivation capacity.
