During the primary school period in 2024, the Accounting Department of BNUBS held a series of special lectures on the transformation and application of financial digitization and intelligentization. The topics cover the path and method of enterprise financial intelligent transformation, the application of large model financial themes, the application of big data technology in enterprise financial scenarios, procurement business process design and business verification under shared mode, RPA design and application based on procurement business scenarios, financial sharing service sand table simulation, etc. The lecture series is hosted by Ms. Wu Qinhong, Director of the Department of Accounting. The students of Grade 22 and 23 accounting classes participated in all the lectures, conducted practical exercises through the Xindao Cloud learning platform, and simulated exercises using the financial sharing service sandtable, and experienced the charm of financial numerical intelligence, which played an important role in promoting the academic growth and career development of the students.

On the morning of June 25, 2024, Lv Huaxin, Director of intelligent financial Solutions of Yonyou and senior project consulting expert of Yonyou, first gave a special lecture on "AI Enables Financial Management Transformation and Helps Enterprises Develop High-quality", explaining the background and challenges of "AI+ finance" transformation, and the path and method of intelligent transformation of enterprise financial data. The "AI+ Finance" application scenario was also demonstrated through vivid cases and application practices, so that students had a clearer understanding of this field. Secondly, Mei Jungang, senior consulting consultant and senior education planning consultant of Xindao Technology Co., LTD., made a special lecture on "Big Model-driven Enterprise Financial Management Intelligent Innovation Practice", clearly interpreted the AI-Generated Content(AIGC), large model and prompt project, and showed the application of big model in financial topics. It stimulated students' curiosity and desire to explore new technologies.

On the afternoon of June 25, 2024, Liu Zhuo, associate general manager of Xindao Technology Co., LTD., and senior engineer of Yonyou Group, gave a special lecture on "The application of Big Data Technology in Enterprise Financial Scenarios", analyzed the impact of big data on traditional financial management, explained the "finance + model + algorithm" of digital intelligent transformation, and demonstrated financial big data analysis and decision-making combined with cases. At the same time, for the talent thinking brought by the transformation of digital intelligence of enterprises, it gives a portrait of the ability of financial talents with digital intelligence, and guides students to understand and master knowledge from multiple perspectives such as theoretical knowledge, example practice, simulation case scenarios, and real projects.

On the morning of June 26, 2024, Zheng Yanan, Financial Business Director and Senior Education Planning Consultant of Xindao Technology Digital Intelligence Financial Division, gave a special lecture on "Intelligent Financial Sharing Service", explaining the advantages of sharing mode, the planning and design of financial sharing center, and focusing on the procurement business process design and business verification under the sharing mode. And combined with cases in the learning platform of Xindao cloud guide students to conduct practical exercises.

On the afternoon of June 26, 2024, Mei Jungang, senior consultant for school-enterprise cooperation and senior education planning consultant of Xintao Technology Co., LTD., focused on the theme of "Intelligent Application in Enterprise Management -- Robot Application and Development with Finance as an Example", explained the development of enterprise financial RPA, and explained the basic design and development of Zhiduxing RPA. Based on the design and application of RPA in the procurement business scenario, the design and development of supplier file robot and bank reconciliation robot were demonstrated in combination with cases, which enabled students to understand the application of automation and intelligent technology in financial work and provided new ideas for future career development.

In addition to the wonderful lectures, practical exercises were also a highlight of this event. On the learning platform of Xindao Cloud, the students personally started to operate and experienced the practical application of financial data intelligence. This session not only enhanced their understanding and mastery of the lecture content, but also improved their practical ability and problem-solving ability.

On the afternoon of July 1, 2024, Ms. Wu Qinhong from the Accounting Department of BNUBS guided the students to carry out a simulation exercise of financial sharing service sand table. The sand table of financial sharing service center construction integrated theory and practice, role playing and post experience, so that the students could complete the transformation from theoretical knowledge to financial sharing center construction skills through interaction and experience. Ms. Wu explained the key elements of the construction of the financial sharing center of the group enterprise in detail, divided the students into different groups, guided the students to complete the planning scheme of the financial sharing service construction and the planning design and simulation exercise of the expense reimbursement business under the financial sharing mode according to the given case background information, and made comments and analysis on the simulation results of the sand table displayed by each group of students.

The series of special lectures and practical training exercises on the transformation and application of corporate financial intelligence not only broadened the students' horizons, but also made them have a deeper understanding and understanding of financial intelligence, which was unanimously praised by the students. In the future, we will continue to uphold an open and inclusive academic atmosphere, invite more industry experts to the campus, provide more diversified learning opportunities and practice platforms, and lay a solid foundation for students' future career development.
