BNUBS Held a Young Teachers Development Exchange And Sharing Meeting

In order to further improve the talent training work of the School, better serve the development of young teachers, and further improve the teaching and scientific research ability of young teachers, BNUBS organized a young teachers development exchange and sharing meeting on the afternoon of May 5. President Qi Yudong, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun and more than ten young teachers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Associate Party Secretary Jiang Jie.

Three outstanding young teachers, such as Dai Mi, Xu Minbo and Ju Dong, made exchanges and speeches at the meeting.The three teachers combined their own professional development experience, and shared their teaching and research success experience and failure lessons. At the same time, we had in-depth exchanges with young teachers on how to allocate teaching and research time in career development, how to manage the research pipeline, how to conduct teamwork research, how to improve the success rate of project application, and how to weigh the quantity and quality of publication.

Secretary Sun Zhijun pointed out that the School attaches great importance to the construction of young teachers, and this exchange meeting for the development of young teachers is an important measure to further study and implement the theme education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and promote work through learning. It is hoped that through the exchange meeting, young teachers can build a platform for learning and exchange, learn from each other, learn from each other and make progress together.

In his concluding speech, Dean Qi Yudong pointed out that the development exchange of young teachers can trigger the collision of ideas, which is a very good form. He hoped that young teachers should do a good job in career planning from the perspective of academic life and strive to be good teachers in teaching, scientific research and practice. Young teachers are expected to play a greater role in the development of the School.
