Our School's Teacher Ju Dong was Selected as One of the "Top Ten Most Popular Teachers among Postgraduates" in the 7th session.

On June 7, 2025, the final evaluation of the 7th "Top Ten Most Popular Teachers among Postgraduates" of Beijing Normal University was successfully held. The selection for this session of "Top Ten Most Popular Teachers among Postgraduates" was officially launched in May this year. After a one-month process including recommendations from various faculties and departments, qualification review, online voting, on-site presentations by final candidates and voting, ten award-winning teachers were finally selected. Teacher Ju Dong from BNUBS was successfully selected as one of the "Top Ten Most Popular Teachers among Postgraduates" in the professional course group.

Attached personal introduction: Ju Dong, Ph.D. in Management, associate professor. Since taking up teaching, she has undertaken more than 20 Chinese and English courses for undergraduates and postgraduates. Her courses are loved and recognized by students, and the highest teaching evaluation for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses is full marks. She has actively engaged in teaching reform, published two teaching reform papers and presided over three teaching reform projects. She was awarded the "Pengnian Outstanding Young Postgraduate Teacher" of Beijing Normal University in 2023.

Teacher Ju Dong focuses on cutting-edge issues in the field of organizational management. She has published more than 20 papers in top or first-class journals at home and abroad, including Management World, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She has presided over and participated in many national-level projects, and has been selected into the Young Top Talents Program of BNUBS twice. She also serves as a representative of the 8th Faculty Congress of Beijing Normal University.
