In order to further study and implement the theme education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, fully implement the spirit of the Party's 20 congresses, and promote the high-quality development of grassroots party building, on May 26, 2023, the Party Committee of our School and the Party Committee of Sinopec Lubricant Company, carried out activities together. Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, led more than 20 representatives of teachers and students to participate in the activity.

First of all, Fang Jiagui, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopec Lubricant Company, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, led the delegations to visit the company's exhibition hall. As one of the world's largest integrated energy and chemical companies, Sinopec Lubricant Company promotes product breakthroughs with technological breakthroughs. Its products serve the national Belt and Road construction, aerospace industry development, national defense and military industry construction, high-end equipment manufacturing development, and also serve the public life with a variety of high-quality products.

Subsequently, the two sides came to the conference room to share and exchange experience in the organization of these activities. First of all, Secretary Fang Jiagui, on behalf of the Party Committee of Sinopec Lubricant Company, welcomed the visit of the teachers and students of our School, and further introduced the development history, basic situation, core business, competitive advantage and corporate structure of Sinopec Lubricant Company. Secretary Sun Zhijun thanked the Party Committee of Sinopec Lubricant Company for their warm welcome, and introduced the basic situation of our institute in party building ideological and political, personnel training, academic research, social services and other aspects.

Then, Zhu Zhu, Associate Director of the Party and Mass work Department of Sinopec Lubricant Company, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Youth League Committee, first introduced the company's experience in ensuring high-quality development with high-quality party building. She pointed out that the Party Committee of Sinopec Lubricant Company has improved the system and mechanism for the Party Committee to give full play to its leading role, implemented the leadership of the Party to all aspects of corporate governance such as corporate decision-making and supervision, and clarified the responsibilities and authority of the Party committee, institutional Settings, operating mechanisms, basic guarantees and other important matters. It regulates and clarifies the working methods of the Party Committee in all aspects of corporate governance, establishes four mechanisms for party building and business, builds an effective model of "Party building +", and promotes the deep integration of party building and business. In the "Double Hundred Action" of state-owned enterprise reform, the Party Committee of the company has achieved remarkable results by deepening the reform of the management system, improving the corporate governance structure, improving the top-level design, building an efficient management system, enhancing business vitality, focusing on the construction of the "three functions" mechanism, promoting innovation and development, implementing the term system and contractual management, and creating a team of high-quality talents.

Wang Jun, member of the organization Committee of the Party Committee of our School, introduced the development and experience characteristics of the party building work of the School to the participants. The Party Committee of the School adheres to the fundamental task of moral cultivation, gives full play to the leading role of party organizations, promotes the deep integration of party construction and business, teachers and students, study and practice, research and reform, development and service, party organizations and class and Youth League organizations, and actively serves the School's personnel training, scientific research, social services and other work.

In the exchange and discussion session, the participants had in-depth exchanges on promoting the deep integration of party building and business, establishing a modern enterprise system, promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises, promoting the digital transformation of enterprises, strengthening the development of specialized new enterprises, promoting green and low-carbon transformation, reforming the human resource management system and mechanism, deepening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the integration of industry, university and research.
