Time :2026-06-10

On June 8, 2026, Beijing Normal University Business School (BNUBS) held a comprehensive pre-graduation education assembly for all graduates of the Class of 2026 in Classroom 108 of the No.2 Teaching Building. Centered on key administrative procedures prior to graduation, the assembly covered a full spectrum of thematic sessions including safety education for the graduation season, integrity education, transfer procedures for Communist Party and League membership, household registration and personal file administration, as well as the official registration of post-graduation destinations. Administrative faculty in charge of student affairs and every graduate of the 2026 cohort attended the session.

Teacher Zhang Huilin elaborated on the codes of conduct for a safe and civilized graduation departure. She urged all graduates to abide by national laws, regulations and university rules, maintain rational restraint during gatherings, and stay vigilant over personal safety, property security and travel risks. All attendees jointly watched an anti-fraud micro-video, which strengthened their capacity to identify and guard against prevalent fraud schemes such as recruitment scams, campus loan cancellation fraud and rental housing deception. The embedded warning session helped students build a solid line of defense against financial fraud. Teachers Chang Xinyang and Xu Kaige gave separate briefings on the transfer of Communist Youth League and Party organizational affiliations respectively. They specified standardized workflows, formal requirements, operational guidelines and critical deadlines tailored to graduates with varied post-graduation plans. Teacher Li Lun delivered an in-depth interpretation of the graduate destination registration system and clarified differentiated submission standards for students pursuing distinct career pathways. Liu Changyu explained the formalities for personal file delivery and household registration dispatch. Teacher Wang Jun delivered a thematic Party lecture focused on the cultivation of a sound view of political performance and professional integrity. Centering on the establishment of a correct outlook on official achievements, his presentation unfolded across four balanced dimensions: balancing tangible and latent accomplishments, aligning immediate interests with long-term development, coordinating partial undertakings with holistic objectives, and integrating strategic planning with solid implementation. He guided graduates to uphold a proper view of performance in their future careers, uphold a firm bottom line of integrity, and embrace a pragmatic work ethos.

Boasting systematic and all-encompassing arrangements, this assembly furnished actionable, thorough guidance for the Class of 2026 to navigate the graduation season joyfully and complete all departure formalities smoothly.
