Recently, according to the "Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award of Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences) Award Measures" and "the 9th Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award of Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences) Implementation Measures", after expert communication review and meeting review, thereview and approval of award committee, the 9th Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award (Humanities and Social Sciences) of universities has selected 1,491 achievements to be rewarded. Among the published list, 1,195 papers were awarded, 76 consulting service reports were awarded, 20 popular reading books were awarded, and 200 youth achievement awards were awarded.

Teachers from BNUBS won the second prize for a total of 4 achievements. The list of winners is as follows (in alphabetical order of applicants' names).Meanwhile,The Short-Lived Benefits Of Abusive Supervisory Behavior For Management Actors: An Investigation Of Recovery And Work Engagement, with QinXin from Sun Yat-sen University asthe first author and Dong Ju from our School as the corresponding author, also won second prize. The paper was published in the Academy Of Management Journal.

The Scientific Research Excellence Award of Universities(Humanities and Social Sciences) has always been the most credible and influential award in the field of humanities and social sciences in China. It is designed by the Ministry of Education to commend and reward the outstanding achievements of philosophy and social science workers in universities, and show the major theoretical and practical achievements of social science circles in universities in serving the development of the Party and the country. It is a major measure to promote the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics in universities. It aims to encourage researchers to actively explore and innovate, promote the development of humanities and social sciences in universities, and better serve the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
