The National Key Research and Development Plan Project Participated by Professor Wu Yanran Was Successfully Approved

The National Key Research and development plan, which Professor Wu Yanran participated in as the project leader, was successfully approved. The project was led by China Securities Deposit&Clearing Co., LTD., and jointly declared by eight entities including Beijing Normal University, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and CITIC Securities Co., LTD.

Professor Wu Yanran of our School is the project leader, and teacher Jiang Jie, teacher Sun Yunchuan, teacher Hu Conghui and teacher Li Kun from the Department of Finance are the participants of the project. They jointly undertake the research work of the project "Multiple measurement and rating Technology of Credit Risk of participants in the Securities market". The research content of this topic mainly focuses on the non-financial diversified information of the participants in the securities market, combined with the deep participation of the financial large model, and explores the key technologies of credit risk index discovery and modeling. Through the research of intelligent classification and rating technology, it aims to break through the bottom black box of foreign credit rating system and realize the autonomy and control of risk measurement technology. The ultimate goal is to build a credit rating technology system that conforms to the characteristics of China's securities market, is scientific, authoritative, fair, forward-looking and localized.
