BNUBS Held The Employment Promotion Meeting for the Class of 2026

On May 27, 2026, Beijing Normal University Business School (BNUBS) convened an employment promotion meeting for graduating students of the Class of 2026 in Conference Room 1610 of the Rear Main Building. Sun Zhijun, Party Secretary of BNUBS, Wang Jun, Associate Party Secretary, head teachers of all graduating classes and relevant student affairs staff attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun stated that the School has always adhered to the employment-first strategy and regarded the employment quality of graduates as a key criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of talent cultivation. He required the Student Affairs Office to fully deliver on work responsibilities, refine supporting measures, target the prominent difficulties in graduate employment, and provide tailored career guidance and assistance, so as to fully help graduates achieve fuller and higher-quality employment.

 

Associate Party Secretary Wang Jun noted that the overall employment status of current graduates is sound and the registration of graduate destinations is proceeding in an orderly manner. He urged all head teachers to earnestly perform their duties, keep track of each graduate’s employment progress, and give focused attention and targeted support to students encountering employment difficulties. Li Lun, career counselor, presented an overview of this year’s graduate employment and destination registration, explained relevant employment policies and support initiatives launched by the School, and highlighted key requirements for filling in the graduate destination registration system.

 

 

 

Head teachers of each graduating class reported the latest employment situation of their respective classes one after another. They analyzed in detail the progress of students who have not yet secured jobs, and summarized the problems and difficulties these students faced during their job hunting. All participants engaged in in-depth discussions on how to precisely address students’ employment needs and deliver more effective assistance to graduates.

 

The meeting clarified the work objectives and implementation plans for the next phase of employment services. BNUBS will pool efforts from all sides, accurately respond to graduates’ job-hunting demands, refine assistance plans, and earnestly implement all employment services, so as to continuously improve the efficiency of employment support and the overall employment quality of graduates.
