The Capital Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association Successfully Convened the General Meeting for Leadership Transition and Academic Seminar

On the afternoon of May 29, 2025, the 7th First Member Meeting and Academic Seminar of the Capital Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association (hereinafter referred to as "CERDRA") was held at Beijing Normal University. Nearly 200 members from universities and enterprises attended the meeting. Rong Dali, a first-level inspector of the Beijing Municipal Social Sciences Federation and the Municipal Social Sciences Planning Office, and Yao Qin from the Association Management Department were present. Xu Wei, the legal representative and Executive Vice President, presided over the leadership transition meeting.

In his speech, Rong Dali pointed out that the convening of this leadership transition meeting is of great significance for improving the association's organizational system and promoting its high-quality development. He fully affirmed the work of the 6th Council of the Research Association and placed high hopes on its future development: First, adhering to the leadership of the Party building and effectively ensuring the political direction; Second, focusing on theoretical innovation and actively offering suggestions; Third, strengthening organizational construction and continuously improving work efficiency, so as to make due contributions to the prosperity and development of capital philosophy and social sciences and the construction of an independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and social sciences.

The conference strictly followed the regulations of the articles of association, confirmed the validity of the meeting, and successively deliberated and adopted key documents such as the work report of the 6th Council, the financial work report, the work report of the board of supervisors, the revision of the articles of association, and the leadership transition election measures. Under the auspices of Sun Chenggang, the chief teller, all members elected the members of the 7th Council and the board of supervisors of CERDRA by secret ballot. The 7th Council consists of 81 directors, and the board of supervisors consists of 3 supervisors. The election process was standardized and rigorous, and the results were fair and valid.

The meeting host announced the election results of the standing directors and members of the leadership team of the 7th session. Qi Yudong, the newly elected President of the 7th CERDRA, delivered a warm speech, elaborating on the work ideas and development vision of the new council, and emphasizing that it will closely focus on the needs of capital enterprise reform and development, deepen research, strengthen services, and make more contributions to the economic and social development of Beijing and the construction of an independent knowledge system of Chinese management.

Subsequently, CERDRA held an academic seminar with the theme of "New-type Productivity, Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Innovation". Qi Yudong, Dean of BNUBS, delivered a keynote speech titled "The In-depth Impact of Digital-Intelligence on Industries", analyzing the current situation and trends of contemporary digital-intelligence development and its impact on China's economic development and employment. Li Xihui, former Dean of the School of Management, Minzu University of China, focused on the theoretical and practical issues of new-type productivity, systematically explaining the connotation, characteristics and development path of new-type productivity. Fan Hejun, Director of the Scientific Research Office of Capital University of Economics and Business, discussed the issues of AI leadership and AI strategy in his speech. Zhou Jianghua, Assistant to the Dean of BNUBS, looked forward to how artificial intelligence empowers enterprise disruptive innovation and shared the practice and prospects of AI technology driving breakthrough innovation. Liu Gang, General Manager of Beijing Zhongke Muhua Software Technology Company, introduced the evolution of embodied intelligence, showing the cutting-edge dynamics and application potential of intelligent technology development.

Yao Wangchun, Secretary-General, presided over and summarized the seminar. The conference and seminar were well-organized and full of agendas, not only successfully completing the new-old transition of the research association's leadership, ensuring the continuous and healthy development of the organization, but also building a high-level platform for ideological collision and academic exchange for members and colleagues in the academic and industrial circles. The new CERDRA council will shoulder the mission, gather wisdom, and make greater contributions to promoting the deep reform of capital enterprises, embracing new-type productivity, and achieving innovation-driven development.
