On February 29, the teaching work conference of the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year was held in Yingdong Academic Hall. The teaching work award was commended at the conference, and our School was awarded the first prize of the undergraduate enrollment publicity work of Beijing Normal University in 2023.

The 2023 undergraduate enrollment publicity work has been strongly supported by leaders and teachers. Dean Qi Yudong and Party Secretary Sun Zhijun led the team, 26 teachers and 15 student volunteers formed the enrollment team and carried out offline consultation, live broadcast publicity, telephone consultation and return visit workrespectively.

The recruitment promotion work in 2023 started from the return visit work in March-April, and completed the offline return visit to 5 high-quality student bases, built 1 high-quality student base, and maintained close contact with other 7 high-quality student bases. During this period, we also completed an online live event and recorded a professional introduction video.From June 23 to 30, we focused on enrollment consultation during the publicity period, completed 2 live online broadcasts and 27 on-site publicity, and realized full coverage of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province, received 323 application forms of intention, and implemented at least 2 return visits for each student. In order to better help the majority of candidates, parents and all walks of life to accurately, conveniently and timely understand the school's enrollment policy and disciplinary characteristics, and attract more excellent candidates to apply for our School, the School provided 5 enrollment consulting phones on duty at 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., 2 enrollment consulting QQ groups to assist in answering questions, and recorded professional videos of professors and students.
