Our School was Selected as an "Important Reprint Source Institution of Reproduced Newspapers and Periodicals Materials (2024 Edition)"

Recently, the Book and Newspaper Materials Center of Renmin University of China released the "Important Reprint Source Institutions of Reproduced Newspapers and Periodicals Materials (2024 Edition)". Our School successfully made it onto this list, thanks to its fruitful academic achievements from 2021 to 2023. A total of 307 institutions affiliated with institutions of higher education were selected, among which ten departments and institutions of Beijing Normal University were included, and our School was one of them.

The "important reprint source institutions of reproduced newspapers and periodicals materials" refer to those institutions that have had a relatively large number of academic papers reprinted in reproduced newspapers and periodicals materials within a certain period and have been evaluated by experts as having a high academic level. Since 2015, the Book and Newspaper Materials Center of Renmin University of China has regularly developed and released the list of "important reprint source institutions of reproduced newspapers and periodicals materials" every three years. The "Important Reprint Source Institutions of Reproduced Newspapers and Periodicals Materials (2024 Edition)" was officially released at the "2025 Reprint Index Release of Reproduced Newspapers and Periodicals Materials and the Preprint Platform Construction Forum" on April 19, 2025, marking the fourth release of this achievement. Based on the institutional reprint data of reproduced newspapers and periodicals materials from 2021 to 2023 and the results of peer qualitative reviews, and classified by institutional types and affiliated disciplines, 179 primary - level institutions and 307 institutions affiliated with institutions of higher education were finally selected, accounting for approximately 9.80% and 8.30% of the total number of reprinted institutions in the same category, respectively. The articles reprinted in the Reproduced Newspapers and Periodicals Materials represent cutting - edge viewpoints and excellent achievements in various disciplinary fields and have a wide influence in the academic community.

In recent years, our School has adhered to the problem - oriented approach, conducted in - depth research on disciplinary needs, and made efforts from multiple dimensions such as policy incentives and resource allocation. It has constructed an ecological system that stimulates academic creativity and successfully nurtured a number of research achievements with cutting - edge, innovative, and social influence.
