The First Series of Seminars and Training Sessions of 2022 EQUIS recertification was Successfully Held

From May 25 to June 17, 2022, BNUBS organized six online seminars and training sessions on EQUIS recertification self-assessment report. Nearly 60 teachers of the School participated in the seminar and training. Dean Qi Yudong, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun, Associate Dean Zhang Pingdan, Cui Xuegang and Cai Hongbo respectively presided over the seminar and listened to the teachers' opinions.

Guided by EQUIS international accreditation standards, this seminar series will focus on the self-assessment report of the School, including school governance, degree programmes, student management, faculty management, research, internationalisation, administration and resources, ethics, social responsibility and Sustainability (ERS), and links to practice. Teachers actively spoke in each seminar, summarized, sorted out and refined the School's strategies and measures against the standards, provided a large number of educational practice cases, and stimulated the thinking of the School's future comprehensive development strategy and reform direction. After the meeting, while improving the certification report, the International Certification Office will also submit the development suggestions of the School in the form of a special report to the School and relevant teachers, so as to achieve the certification goal of promoting construction by evaluation and continuous improvement, and further promote the governance and education quality of the School.

The Academy will host EQUIS recertification expert Interview (Peer Review Visit) from September 13 to September 16, 2022. At that time, four certification experts from home and abroad will conduct in-depth interviews with school leaders, representatives of functional departments, teachers, students, alumni, partners and other stakeholders of the school through online form.
