After Economics, Finance, International Economics and Trade, and Accounting were selected as the national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, recently, Business Administration was successfully selected as the 2021 national first-class undergraduate major Construction sites. So far, five undergraduate programs of BNUBS have been selected as the national first-class undergraduate program construction site list. In addition, the undergraduate major of Economics was selected as the 2.0 base of the Top Students Training Program for Basic Disciplines of the Ministry of Education in 2020.

To meet the strong demand of digital economy and digital enterprise management, in recent years, the School has been inclined to construct and build Business Administration (Digital Enterprise management experimental class), and vigorously promote the construction of the doctoral program of the first-level discipline of Business Administration.

Over the years, BNUBS has been adhering to the educational philosophy of " promoting business and culture to serve the nation and the world through creating knowledge and educating talents", and devoted itself to cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor.
