On March 31th, 2022, Liu Jianwu, Director of State-owned Assets Management Department,Yi Huixia, Director of Financial AffairsDepartment, Cui Weijia, Xu Kui, Associate Director of State-owned Assets Management Department, Ming Xiaofei, Associate Director of Financial Affairs Department, altogether 5 people, came to BNUBS to carry out a special investigation on the paid use of school office space. Dean Qi Yudong, Secretary Sun Zhijun and Office Director Han Lili participated in the investigation.   

Liu Jianwu introduced in detail the reason and purpose of the university's paid use of space resources, the investigation of other universities, the preliminary work ideas and the specific design of the implementation of the plan. He also added that BNU would further optimize the plan based on suggestions from teaching and research institutes. Yi Huixia communicated with the participants on the specific supporting financial and economic policies of BNU, and said that she would further optimize the financial and economic policies and do a good job in supporting the reform of BNU's spatial resources allocation. 

Qi Yudong welcomed the arrival of the leaders, briefly introducedgeneral development of BNUBS, and said that effective allocation of space resources is an important guarantee to support the development of discipline undertaking of the School. He also added that in the future, the School would further optimize the allocation of space resources and improve the efficiency of use.  

Sun Zhijun introduced in detail the overall situation of our school's disciplines, faculty, students and existing office space, expressed his understanding and support for the reform of paid use of office space, and put forward some suggestions and opinions.The investigators gave detailed answers to the questions raised by our School. The two sides had full exchanges. 

After the meeting, the research team visited some of the office rooms of our School to have a general understanding of the actual situation.
