On the morning of December 17, 2021, The Accounting Department of BNUBS held Annual Teacher Assessment Seminar & National First-class Undergraduate Major Construction Seminar in the Conference Room 1722, Rear Main Building. Teachers in Accounting Department attended the meeting.

First of all, Wu Qinhong, Head of the Department, made a summary report on the work of the Accounting Department this year, including discipline construction, recruitment publicity, talent cultivation, primary school activities, academic research, graduate employment, students' international exchanges, discipline construction mode under the digital background, etc. She also reported her work in the year of 2021 and the social service she has done.

Then, the teachers in the department reported their work in this year respectively. Mr. Cui Xuegang reported his MBA work, MBA course teaching assessment and talent training of the School. Ms. Li Yuxiao reported the teaching arrangement and talent training of the second degree of Accounting and the experimental class of social Science in Zhuhai Campus. The teachers of Accounting Department reported their work from teaching, scientific research, social service and other aspects.

After that, In view of the construction of national first-class undergraduate major in Accounting, Professor Wu Qinhong, Dean of the department, made a special report entitled “Construction of National First-class Undergraduate Major in Accounting”. The specific contents included specialty orientation and characteristics, comprehensive reform measures, construction of teaching staff, teaching quality assurance system, graduate training quality, and measures to further promote the construction and reform of accounting specialty in the future. 

Fourth, Mr. Cui Xuegang, the Vice Dean, gave a special report entitled "Concentrating minds, Inheriting and Developing, Promoting the Construction of Accounting Discipline to a New Level", and put forward suggestions from the aspects of discipline influence, discipline layout and development strategy, platform, teachers, students and so on. 

Finally, Wu Qinhong, Head of the Department, made a summary speech at the meeting. All the teachers of the Accounting Department have met the requirements of the annual assessment of the university and the School in teaching, scientific research and social services.
