On the morning of October 23th, the university's Labor Union organized the staff to carry out the Orson Healthy Long Walk in the South Park of Olympic Forest Park. Under the careful preparation of the Labor Union and the Union's active publicity, more than 20 faculty and staff of our School participated in this activity.

In this activity, there was no limit to the starting and finishing points and pace. Teachers can choose their own route and complete 5 km. The Union set up two punching stations and decorated the school flag on the way of walking in Orson South Park to cheer up the walking friends. After taking a group photo in front of the sculpture of "Clean Olympic Theme Cultural Park", the activity officially began. The teachers were in high spirits and high spirits, striding forward along the walking path, breathing the fresh air, communicating with each other about life and work and feeling the pleasure brought by collective activities. The harmonious images complemented the beautiful scenery of the park in autumn. The blue sky, white clouds and the walking teams formed the beautiful scenery of the park.

After the activity, the teachers submitted their own movement track map to the team leader according to the requirements, and the team leader collected statistics and submitted to the Labor Union. The school labor union also prepared exquisite prizes for the staff participating in this activity, which enriched the cultural life of the staff. The implementation of the national fitness initiative, not only has exercised the body, but also enhanced the feelings, and helped to create "physical and mental health" of the staff.
