Gong Shiyang, Associate Professor, Department of Business Management

 

He received his Ph.D. from The School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and his B.S. from BNUBS and he is a visiting scholar from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He used to work as an Associate Professor at School of International Business, University of International Business and Economics.

 

He is mainly engaged in quantitative research of marketing, focusing on frontier fields of marketing science such as digital marketing, interactive marketing and big data marketing. In recent years, he has published more than ten papers in Journal of Marketing Research (UTD24), Psychological Science (ABS4*), Nankai Management Review, China Soft Science and other domestic and foreign academic journals. He has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects and participated in more than ten national and provincial projects. He won the Emerald Literati Highly Commended Paper Award,Huiyuan Outstanding Young Scholar and the first prize of Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Tsinghua University.

 

 

Xiang Hongyu, Lecturer of Finance Department

 

He received his PhD in Economics from Tsinghua University's Wudaokou School of Finance in 2019. He received his bachelor’s degree from Zhu Kezhen College of Zhejiang University and master’s degree from Wudaokou College of Finance of Tsinghua University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University's Wudaokou School of Finance and a visiting scholar at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. His research interests include fintech and home finance. His research results have been published in Economic Research, World Economy, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance and other important academic journals of economics and finance at home and abroad.He has been an anonymous reviewer of economic Research, Journal of Corporate Finance and other journals. His Research achievements won the honors of Excellent Doctoral dissertation of Tsinghua University and the Best Academic Paper of the 2018 Annual Meeting of Australian Financial Research Network.

 

 

Gao Jingjing, Instructor (Lecturer, Department of Economics)

 

She received her Ph.D. degree from Peking University and her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Beijing Normal University. Her main research field is labor economics, and her research direction is early human capital accumulation and development. In recent years, she has published many academic papers in the Journal of Integrative Agriculture, Children and Youth Services Review, Labor Economics Research and other domestic and foreign journals.

 

Gao Jingjing's doctoral thesis, based on family investment theory and human capital production function model, combined with empirical research data, attempted to measure the human capital production function in early childhood, and analyzed the impact of family investment on the development of children's early cognitive and non-cognitive abilities.

 

Gao Jingjing's current research mainly combines theoretical models and empirical analysis methods to conduct related studies on the formation and accumulation of early human capital and impact assessment of random intervention experimental projects.
