BNUBS Organized Training to Enhance Administrative Management Skills with AI Empowerment

In April 2025, BNU Business School organized two training activities for enhancing administrative management skills. The themes were "Application of AI Tools in Daily Administrative Office Work" and "Technology - Empowered Education, Wisdom - Led Future" respectively. The aim was to comprehensively improve the professional capabilities and work efficiency of administrative teachers through the sharing of cutting - edge technologies and the exchange of practical experiences, and to promote the intelligent and innovative development of administrative work.

The series of lectures was presided over by Han Lili, the Associate secretary of the School Party Committee. She emphasized the important role that artificial intelligence can play in liberating time, optimizing processes, and innovating services. She reminded administrative teachers to pay attention to the popularization of artificial intelligence and its application in office scenarios, to empower management thinking with technology, and to make AI a staff officer for decision - making, a liberator from repetitive labor, and a catalyst for service innovation.

The First - Phase Training Lecture: "Application of AI Tools in Daily Administrative Office Work"

On April 3, 2025, the School held a training activity themed "Application of AI Tools in Daily Administrative Office Work" in Room 1722 of Houzhu Building. This training aimed to explore the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of administrative work. The meeting invited Mr. Zhao Jun, the director of the New Media Center of the School of Geography, Beijing Normal University and an AI general - knowledge lecturer, to bring a rich and informative sharing session to the participants.



Mr. Zhao Jun shared the cutting - edge trends of AI applications and pointed out that the rapid development of AI technology is profoundly changing the mode of administrative work. Through AI technology, administrative teachers can automate routine tasks and optimize innovative work, thus saving time and improving efficiency.

During the sharing, Mr. Zhao Jun systematically sorted out the mainstream AI software and their functions on the market currently, covering multiple fields such as dialogue - based, search - based, programming - based, and drawing - based. Combining his rich experience in the digital intelligence field, he introduced in detail the specific application scenarios and usage skills of AI models in administrative work through cases, including six aspects: data acquisition, knowledge - base building, policy interpretation, PPT creation, illustration making, and report communication. He suggested that when using AI tools, one should clarify the background and purpose, give full play to the advantages of the models, and use multiple software in series to achieve the best results.

Finally, Mr. Zhao Jun once again emphasized the profound impact of AI tools on work and reminded teachers to pay attention to personal information protection, to desensitize information when using AI tools, and to avoid the leakage of sensitive information.

Through this training, administrative teachers not only learned about the cutting - edge trends of AI technology but also mastered practical application skills. On April 10, 2025, the School held a special lecture themed "Technology - Empowered Education, Wisdom - Led Future" in Room 1722 of Houzhu Building. The lecture was given by Mr. Sun Qiurui, the Associate Director of the School's Information - based Construction Office and Information Network Center. It focused on hot topics such as the digital transformation of education, the application of artificial intelligence technology, and the construction of the school's information - based service ecosystem, aiming to help everyone understand the industry development status and improve their information - based application capabilities in work.



Mr. Sun Qiurui first introduced the current situation of educational digitalization and the development of AI and shared the specific applications of the school in AI monitoring practices. He mentioned that the School has realized functions such as intelligent teaching assistants, intelligent question - setting, and personalized test papers for each student in the curriculum center by deploying the AI large - scale model "DeepSeek" and intelligent agents, improving office efficiency. At the same time, the School also provides a variety of information - based services, such as health cards, virtual campus cards, email, and unified communication platforms, for the convenience of teachers and students.
