On the morning of July 17, 2020, BNUBS held a seminar on undergraduate characteristic specialties. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Pingdan, associate dean who is in charge of teaching affairs. Li Chong, Jiang jie, Sun Yunchuan and Li Kun from Department of Finance, Zhong Xin and Zheng Feihu from Department of International Economy and Trade, Sun Chuan, Jiao Hao, Zhao Xiangyang, Zhu Yanchun, Tong Luqiong, Zhou Jianghua, and Tang Honghong from Department of Business Administration, Chen Yan, Li Hai, Li Jing, Xu Zhixing, Ju Dong, and Cai Zijun from Department of Human Resources Management, Zhang Haiyan and Hao Rubin from Department of Accoounting,as well as undergraduate academic secretary Xu Xing, a total of 23 teachers, attended the seminar.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Jiang Jie introduced the progress of construction and cooperation about fintech; Ms. Xu Xing introduced the construction and management of general education courses, and Mr. Zhang Pingdan introduced the support of BNUBS for the construction of characteristic undergraduate majors. In the discussion session, the teachers participating in the meeting expressed their views and suggestions on the construction of featured majors. (1) Investigate other colleges and enterprises to understand the demand for business professionals, and set the goal of talent training; (2) Develop training plans and increase specialized courses; (3) Cooperate with relevant colleges and universities to implement and integrate teachers; (4) Talent cultivation meets the needs of society and enterprises.
