On the afternoon of November 12^th, 2020, the afternoon of November 18^th , 2020, and the morning of December 16^th, the College held a seminar for teachers to solicit opinions on the 14^th five-year Development Plan in Room 1610 of the Rear Main Building and Room 9406 of Jingshi Hotel. The symposium was divided into three sessions: young teachers, academic committee members, department chairs, and administrative teachers.

Dean Qi Yudong, Party Secretary Sun Zhijun and Deputy Secretary Ge Yuliang attended the meeting. Associate Dean Cai Hongbo presided over the meeting and introduced in detail the background and work arrangement of the 14th five-year Development plan of the school and the college, which included development goals, personnel training, discipline scientific research, international exchanges, faculty, alumni and business contacts and administrative management.

The teachers' representatives who attended the symposium made enthusiastic speeches and exchanged and discussed on the development goal and orientation of the discipline, creating the characteristic direction of the second-level discipline, scientific research incentive, periodical catalog revision, holding high-level academic lectures, talent introduction, graduate student enrollment index, administrative management service and other aspects.

The School would carefully sort out the opinions and suggestions put forward by the symposium, further revise and improve the discussion draft and demonstrate it again at multiple levels, and finally submit it to the college affairs council for resolution and report to the university.
