On October 23, 2020, BNUBS teacher Fang Fang was selected into the third group of international high-end accounting talents. Led by the Ministry of Finance and accounting department and implemented by accounting standards board, the main purpose of international high-end talent project is to strengthen China's voice and influence in the field of international accounting by implementing the national strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. On the basis of the national medium and long-term talent development plan outline (2010-2020) ,the accounting industry long-term talent development plan (2010-2020), China strive to cultivate a group of international high-end accounting talents with international vision and practical experience, outstanding professional ability, fluent English skills to better serve the international exchanges and cooperation in the accounting work in our country.

The selection of international high-end accounting talents includes preliminary results review, written test, interview. The accounting department of the Ministry of Finance set up an expert review committee to evaluate materials, prepare examination papers, review papers and interview. More than 100 people from all walks of life in China, such as person in charge in of accounting of enterprises and institutions, experts from accounting firms and accounting major teachers from colleges and universities, entered the written examination and interview after passing the the preliminary results of audit. Finally, 30 people was selected and the shortlist is shown below.
