On the morning of October 17^th, the appointment ceremony of extramural supervisors was held in the third conference room of International Exchange Center of Zhuhai campus by Professional Master's Degree Education Center of BNUBS. Professor Cai Hongbo, associate dean of the BNUBS, professor Zhong Xin, director of the Professional Master's Education Center, extramural supervisors, teachers from International Business and Management Research Center of BNU Zhuhai campus, and student representatives of 2020 International Business Master attended the appointment ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by associate professor Guan Lu.

First of all, professor Cai Hongbo gave a speech. He expressed his warm welcome and sincere gratitude to extramural supervisors. Cai combined the spirit of President Xi Jinping's speech on the 40^th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, said the Central give the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao new policies and requirements where the flow of goods is highly developed and factors flow is frequent, which will provides greater development space for productive service elements such as finance and accounting in the future and give students a bigger place. He put forward two hopes. First, he hoped that extramural supervisors and BNUBS could strengthen cooperation in the future, give play to the advantages of both sides, and make joint efforts on and off campus to prepare and guide students' cultivation, career planning and life development. Second, he hoped that extramural supervisors can give students more opportunities to get in touch with the society and take them out of school to the society and the world.

Secondly, professor Zhong Xin, on behalf of Professional Master's Degree Education Center, present the appointment letters to the extramural supervisors. 15 extramural supervisors all come from the middle and senior management teams of well-known enterprises in the fields of economy, finance, technology and real estate in the Greater Bay Area.

Afterwards, the teachers and tutors had an in-depth exchange of views. The tutors respectively introduced the situation and business fields of their enterprises and explained their understanding of the duties of extramural supervisors and how to help students improve their practical ability from their own professional perspective and experience. At the same time, the tutors expressed their wish to establish a long-term and close cooperative relationship with our college.

Finally, Zhong Xin made a summary of the appointment ceremony. She hoped to form good communication and cooperation with the extramural supervisors and make joint efforts to cultivate students into high-end applied talents. At the same time, she advised students to take full advantage of the valuable learning opportunities provided by the center and extramural supervisors to improve their competitiveness and comprehensive ability.

The appointment of extramural supervisors is in accordance with the development trend and requirements of the educational reform of professional degree postgraduates and the needs of the rapid development of professional degree of our college, optimizing the teaching staff structure, which is of great significance to the improvement of overall educational quality of professional degree of our college.
