BNUBS Organizes the Preliminary Interview for Overseas Talents

On August 12, 2020, BNUBS organized an online job fair for overseas talents. With the aid of the platform of Academy of Management (AOM), the fair is mainly for Management talents.

 

BNUBS organized teachers of relevant disciplines to carefully and strictly screen resumes in stages, and organized an online interview for 9 candidates from high-level universities abroad who were finally selected. The interview was divided into two sessions of Human Resource and Strategic Management according to the professional direction of the candidates. Associate Dean Zhang Pingdan participated in the whole interview. Teachers including Chen Yan, director of Department of the Human Resources Management, Li Hai, Qian Jing, Xu Zhixing, Ju Dong and Cai Zijun participated in the interview for the candidates of Human Resource; Jiao Hao, director of Department of Strategic Management, Zhou Jianghua and other teachers participated in the interview of Strategic Management. Personnel director Liu Yingjie and Director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation Xie Jia were responsible for the organization and coordination of this online interview.

This job fair is China's international recruitment for global management talents, and it is an important way for BNUBS to introduce international teachers and optimize the structure of teachers.

 

Founded in 1936, Academy of Management nwow has nearly 20,000 registered members who are experts and scholars in Management, spanning more than 100 countries. More than 10,000 people attend its annual meeting every year. This year's Annual Meeting of Academy of Management was held online because of the epidemic.
