On March 20, 2019, Zhang Mao, deputy director of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council and director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, issued a letter of appointment for the new expert in Beijing. Gan Lin, secretary general of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council and deputy director of the State Administration for Market Regulation presided over the meeting.

Gan conveys Wang Yong’s spirit of the speech that he delivered at an assembly of Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council (Wang Yong, director of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council), stressing the need to closely stick to the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s policy decisions, optimize the environment of market competition and consumer interests, serve to the nation's overall economic development and the strategy, promote the construction of the anti-monopoly law enforcement system and mechanism, work together to promote the anti-monopoly work in the new era, and contribute wisdom and strength to anti-monopoly work.

On the meeting, opinions and suggestions on anti-monopoly work was proposed by the new expert advisory group. The new expert advisory group was composed of 17 experts. Professor Qi Yudong of our school attended the meeting as a member of the expert advisory group and gave a speech.
