Time :2019-04-24

On Nov 29, 2018, the second BNU-UniSA Symposium on economic management was jointly held by the Business School of the University of South Australia and that of the Beijing Normal University in Adelaide. More than 20 scholars attended the symposium and carried out an extensive exchange and discussion on economic management, culture and art, eco-environment, labor market, innovation and employment, etc.

Sun Zhijun, secretary of the party committee of the Business School of BNU presents a souvenir to Nigel Relph, vice-president of the University of South Australia.

Nigel Relph first extended his warm welcome to the arrival of BNU Business School and alleged to continue to provide seed fund to the scientific research corporation between the two schools, thereby more teachers and students will benefit from the all-round bilateral communication and collaboration.

The BNU-UniSA Symposium was founded with the seed funds and by October of 2018, the schools have altogether launched 6 scientific research programs on the first-round seed fund, involving more than 20 teachers and doctoral students from both sides. From Nov 27 to Nov 28, 2018, the program participants exchanged and discussed their programs at UniSA.

By virtue of the successful symposium, our school made another achievement in the continuous efforts to promote our international exchanges and cooperation. An efficient and stable international research platform can not only provide more opportunities for teachers, but also expand the international influence of both our school and our university at large.
