The Third Capital Economic Forum Was Successfully Held in BNU

On November 22, 2018, jointly organized by BNUBS and Kogod Business School (KBS) of American University, the Third Capital Business Forum was successfully held in BNU.

 

The guests present at the forum included Professor Zhou Zuoyu, Vice President of BNU, Professor Erran Carmel, former Dean of KBS, Ms. Shao Min, Deputy Director of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, Professor Yang Kaizhong, Vice President of Capital University of Economics and Business, Professor Xie Zhihua, Vice President of Beijing Technology and Business University, Que Shifeng, Vice President of National Grid New Energy Automobile Company, Lin Shaowei, Deputy Director of China Technical supply and demand online, Professor Lin Hua, academic president of French SKEMA Business School, China Campus,  Fabian Homberg, Professor of School of Economics and Management, University of Louise, Italy, Malvina Krausz Hladka from Political Science School of Charles University in Prague (CU), Czech Republic, Mirka Kortusova, Director of Czech-China Center of CU, USA, Professor David Bartlett and Professor Brett Gilbert from KBS, Professor He Liping from BNUBS, Associate Professor Lv Xiaoli, from School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University, Ms. Ai Wei, Deputy Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of BNU, Professor Zhang Pingdan, Vice Dean of BNUBS, Professor Cui Xuegang, Vice Dean of BNUBS, Professor Cai Hongbo, assistant to the Dean of BNUBS and other teacher representatives. The forum has attracted the attention of many countries, political parties, and academic circles.

 

Dean Lai Desheng of BNUBS, who presided over the opening ceremony, expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the guests on behalf of BNUBS and introduced the forum. In the three parts of the forum, experts from the political, business and academic circles started dialogues and exchanges on topics related to economy, trade, culture, education, finance and accounting of the world’s capitals. Finally, Dean Lai Desheng summarized the forum in the closing ceremony, which marked the end of the forum. The successful hosting of the forum and the joining of more partner institutions have created a high-level platform for international exchanges and cooperation.
