The Faculty of BNUBS Held the School Selection Competition of the 19th Basic Teaching Skills Competition of Young Teachers

On the afternoon of August 30, BNUBS held the School Selection Competition of the Basic Teaching Skills Competition of Young Teachers in Conference Room 1722 in the Rear Main Building. Five teachers, Jiang Jie, Yang Chengyu, Jiao Hao, Zhang Huili and Li Kun, were invited to be judges to score and comment on the on-site teaching display of the three contestants.



According to the rules of BNUs Basic Teaching Skills Competition of Young Teachers, we also set up three parts of teaching plan introduction, course introduction and teaching demonstration. Chen Yueyuan, Wang Xue and Cao Siwei gave teaching demonstrations in turn. Five teachers and judges made comprehensive comments on the contestants from various perspectives, such as teaching rhythm, teaching ideas, teaching plan design, content refining, and interaction skills, affirming their advantages and putting forward practical suggestions for improvement. According to the judges' scores, teacher Cao Siwei and teacher Wang Xue won the first prize and teacher Chen Yueyuan won the second prize.



The Basic Teaching Skills Competition of Young Teachers is one of the important measures to continuously study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jin Ping's important speech of "four good teachers" and the important reply spirit to Beijing Normal University "Excellent Teacher Plan" normal students. It is also one of the important measures to vigorously promote the spirit of educators, and strive to cultivate "four good teachers" in the new era. BNUBS will uphold the fine tradition, encourage young teachers to participate in the competition, carry forward the role of famous teachers, and take the initiative to promote the construction of high-quality teacher education with a stronger history.
