Dr. Kun Li is Awarded Beta Gamma Sigma

Kun Li, Assistant Professor of Finance at Beijing Normal University Business School, was awarded Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), and inducted into the BGSInternational Honor Society. Dr. Li was invited to attend the annual BGS Induction Ceremony and receive his BGS certificate and medallion at Chicago, USA, on May 6th, 2016.

 

Founded in 1913 at USA, BGS is the global premier honor society recognizing academic and industrial excellence in business. Lifetime members of BGS have earned the right to be considered the "Best in Business" in over 500 universities and companies worldwide. Requirements in BGS specify that a candidate must graduate in the top 10% of a business program accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Additionally, BGS Society also reviews candidates’ academic and industrial achievement to approve the induction. BGS is the highest distinction a business graduate anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB.

 

Kun Li earned his Ph.D. in Finance in 2015 at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), USA. He is the first Chinese Ph.D. graduate at IIT awarded BGS.
