主讲人简介：
Zabihollah Rezaee is the Thompson-Hill Chair of Excellence, PhD coordinator and Professor of Accountancy at the University of Memphis and has served a two-year term on the Standing Advisory Group (SAG) of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Dr. Rezaee holds ten certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Professional (CSOXP), Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CGOVP), Certified Governance Risk Compliance Professional (CGRCP), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
内容简介：
The ever-improving corporate governance and accountability for business organizations appears to be an international trend. The global investment community is holding public companies responsible and accountable for their business activities and their financial reporting process. Several areas that have recently received considerable attention are: corporate governance, professional ethics, business sustainability and forensic accounting including financial reporting fraud. Business schools worldwide play an important role in preparing the most ethical and competent future business leaders who understand corporate governance, business sustainability and forensic accounting. This talk is designed to develop an awareness and understanding of the main themes, perspectives, frameworks, and issues pertaining to corporate governance and professional ethics, business sustainability and forensic accounting.
