摘    要：
Authors demonstrate that general system characteristics are also true to the Chinese party-state system. Authors find that overheating has system characteristics. Moreover, due to the system's self-similar characteristics in time, space and levels of aggregation, systemic background of overheating works also at subnational levels. The decentralized Chinese power and institutional structure intensifies local overheating and indebtedness.
We stress that the dynamics of overheating and that of the pace of economic transformation is interdependent. We argue that enterprise behavior is influenced by regional and ownership preferences during overheating. Enterprise behavior according to different ownership influences the amplitude of overheating and its selective time-span of decline that appears regionally.

作者简介：

Maria Csanádi is a research advisor at the Institute of Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences -- her Phd is in political science. Her main research interest is the comparative political economy of communist systems both on empirical and on theoretical grounds. She disseminated her studies in several American, English, Chinese and Japanese universities and research instititutions. Her papers were published in journals like Social Research, Behavioral Science, Communist Economies and Economics of Transformation, East European Politics and Society. Her books were published in Chinese in 2001 and 2008.
