Huawei is a global leader of ICT solutions. Huawei’s telecom network equipment, IT products and solutions, and smart devices are used in 170 countries and regions. In 2014, Huawei ranked 228th on the Global Fortune 500 based on its revenue, which reached approximately USD 46.5 billion. Wang Wenjia, the senior consultant of Huawei, is going to tell us the real story behind Huawei’s success，especially in strategic planning, marketing and organizational culture.
