嘉宾简介：
Yunxia Zhu is Associate Professor in Strategy at the University of Queensland Business School which is ranked No. 1 in Australia and No. 16 in the world according to the prestigious Economics ranking. She is also Vice President of Association for Business Communication (ABC) and a member of the ABC Board of Directors. She is an award-winning researcher and educator and has an international reputation in cross-cultural management, Chinese management philosophy and internationalisation of firms. She got her PhD from the Australian National University and has been trained in Harvard negotiation programs. She has taught in three countries including China, New Zealand and Australia and is a visiting professor for Imperial College London in 2013 and for University of Michigan in 2009.
She has been a recipient of numerous awards. She is the Best Researcher Award and 2006 Best Publication by Association for Business Communication, the winner of 2015 UQ Teaching and Learning Fellowship, 2014 Australian National Teaching Citation Awards, UQ Vice Chancellor's 2013 Internationalisation award, UQ 2013 Outstanding Teaching Citation award, 2011 and 2008 UQ Business School Research Excellence award, just to name a few.
Professor Zhu is prolific researcher and serves on editorial boards of prestigious management journals. She has published extensively including books, international journal papers and book chapters, has delivered a series of keynote and invited speeches.
