摘要:随着一些国外健康与社会行为数据库转变为公开数据库,全球学者现在可以申请使用这些资源。这些数据库中包含了丰富的工作与职业相关信息,极大地便利了组织管理学者的研究。本次讲座将详细介绍这类数据库资源,并分享利用这些数据库开展的工作行为学研究成果。参与者将了解如何有效利用这些数据进行科学研究,并探索新的研究问题和假设,推动学科发展。

 

With the transformation of some international health and social behavior databases into public ones, scholars worldwide can now apply to use these them. These databases contain rich information related to work and careers, greatly facilitating research for organizational management scholars. This lecture will provide a detailed introduction to these database resources and share research findings from studies on work behavior conducted using these databases. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize these data for scientific research, explore new research questions and hypotheses, and advance the development of the discipline.

 

报告人介绍:宋照礼,新加坡国立大学商学院组织管理系副教授,2013-2017年任新加坡国立大学亚太中文EMBA学术主任。研究兴趣包括基因与管理行为、领导力、求职与就业、跨文化管理、人工智能与未来工作、工作家庭关系、情感以及未来学等。学术论文发表于国际顶尖学术期刊,如PNAS, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Leadership Quarterly等。其研究特别是关于基因与管理行为相关性的开创性研究,被经济学人(Economist)、纽约时报(New York Times)网络版、华盛顿邮报(Washington Post)网络版等媒体报道。获得2014年中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)年会最佳微观论文奖、2015年管理学会(AOM)年会组织行为分会最佳会议论文奖。

 

Zhaoli Song, Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Management at the NUS Business School, served as the Academic Director of the Asia-Pacific Chinese EMBA program at NUS from 2013 to 2017. His research interests include genes and managerial behavior, leadership, job search and employment, cross-cultural management, AI and the future of work, work-family relationships, emotions, and futurism. His academic papers have been published in top international journals such as PNAS, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Leadership Quarterly. His pioneering research on the relevance of genes and managerial behavior has been covered by media such as the Economist, New York Times online, and Washington Post online. He received the Best Micro Paper Award at the 2014 IACMR Annual Meeting and the Best Conference Paper Award from the Organizational Behavior Division at the 2015 AOM Annual Meeting.
