摘要: In her talk, Kaiyu Shao aims to unsettle management scholars’ sense of security that “we know what we know and who we are”. Re-opening crucial discussions about the nature of reality, the construction of knowledge, the messy entanglement of context, and researchers' positionality, she hopes to offer theoretical tools for scholars to navigate complexity, question cherished assumptions about objectivity, and embrace alternative pathways to understanding organizational life.
