摘要：Jim是澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学商学法学院副院长，是澳洲公司治理领域的著名专家，从2002年开始起，Jim开始负责发布“Horwath Corporate Governance Report”，在公司治理的理论研究和实践方面有突出成就。
