第二届 SEBA- IE Workshop在匈牙利布达佩斯成功举办

2011630-71日,北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院(SEBA)、中国社会科学院经济研究所(IE CASS)与匈牙利科学院经济研究所(IEHAS)共同举行的第二届SEBA-IE CASS-IEHAS研讨会在匈牙利布达佩斯举行。匈牙利科学院经济研究所主任Karoly FAZEKAS教授、高级顾问Maria CASNADI教授,北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院学术委员会主任李实教授、首都教育经济研究院执行院长王善迈教授,中国社科院经济研究所副所长张平教授等人参加了研讨会。Karoly FAZEKAS教授与李实教授分别代表匈牙利科学院经济研究所与北京师范大学经管学院致辞,对双方之间的合作表示了肯定和赞赏,并预祝会议的成功举办。

研讨会分
2天,4个专题,共举办了7个专场讨论。在两天的研讨会中,参会者就教育经济学、劳动经济学、金融危机与转型等方面的论文进行了热烈的学术研讨。王善迈教授的“Several Problems of Economics of Education During the Process of China’s Educational Reform and Development ”一文分五个部分对中国当前教育改革与发展问题进行了深入探讨,Laszlo HALPERN教授对此进行了肯定与相关评论。李实教授的论文“Rising Earnings Inequality in Urban China during 1988-2007”不仅生动地揭示了近20多年中国城镇居民收入不平等的变化趋势,而且对其中重要影响因素的性质与效应给出了令人信服的分析与阐述,他的讲演引起了匈牙利同行的高度关注与赞赏。刘泽云副教授的论文讨论了中国高等教育扩张后毕业生就业形势是否恶化的问题,杨娟博士论文分析了中国城镇居民20多年来公共与私人部门收入差距存在聚合的倾向,孙志军副教授探讨了中国农村地区非农就业人口中的教育回报问题。在危机与经济转型专场讨论中,曲如晓教授论文探讨了中国文化产品贸易的因素影响,李海副教授论文研究了组织文化与绩效的关系,郑飞虎副教授论文探讨了跨国公司在中国的研发合约交易问题。GaborKEZDIJulia VARGAJanos KOLLOAlmos TELEGDYJanos GACSGabor OBLATHTamas RETIMaria CASNADIGyorgy MOLNAR等匈方教授与研究人员都参与到论文的点评和讨论中。
 

此次研讨会是学院第二次组团参加国际会议,会议全部用英文报告和交流,为我院老师和学生与外国专家提供了难得的面对面的交流机会。举办这场国际会议将有利于促进我院的对外交流与合作及学科发展,提高我院的科研与教学水平,扩大国际影响,提升国际竞争力。
匈牙利科学院经济所在理论和应用经济学方面具有世界一流的研究人员,主要进行现代的市场经济与匈牙利转型经济方面的分析,研究领域包括宏观经济与经济增长、劳动力市场、教育经济学、产业组织等领域。是国际上领先的经济学研究机构,与我院签订了长期的科研合作协议。2009 6 25日,双方合作在北京师范大学召开了第一届SEBA-IE教育与劳动经济学研讨会,讨论了学术热点和最前沿的研究成果,对学术研究起到了良好的促进作用。基于已有的良好合作基础,此次研讨会进一步深化了学术交流与合作。
