Gao Minghua, Professor in the Department of Strategic Management, holds a PhD in Economics from Nankai University. His main research interests are Corporate Governance, Enterprise Theory, Transformation Economics, Supervision and Operation of State-owned Assets, and Business Development Strategy. Gao Minghua has been chosen for the New Century Excellent Talents Project by the Ministry of Education and has won the 10th and 11th Sun Yefang Economic Science Award.
