The Business school is dedicated to establishing cooperative relationships with senior managers and influential entrepreneurs to help students develop networks and expose them to frontline business practices. For example, the MBA Program Center matches two students with a senior manager in their own fields in the last semester of their study. The mentor and the students meet face-to-face at least once a month, and use online communication whenever guidance is needed. The mentor is in the position of helping the students with career development, networking and their academic thesis so as to provide students with the opportunity to better understand the real business world.
