There are eight full-time faculty members in the Department of Human Resource Management. The main research interests of this department are Human Resource Strategic Management, Development Training, Performance and Salary Management, and Organizational Behavior and Culture. In recent years, the Department faculty have published numerous influential research papers in fields of Human Capital Theory, Humanistic Development and Management, Human Resource Strategic Management, Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development, Organizational Behavior and Culture Development, Population Resource and Environmental Economics.
