His main research interests include Humanistic Development and Management, Human Resource Development and Management, Population Resources and Environmental Economics, as well as Education Economics and Management. Li Baoyuan has won the National Book Award and National Education Book Award. He is the Executive Director of the Chinese Macroeconomic Management Education Committee and the Professional Labor Standards Committee of the Chinese Labor Society, as well as a member of the National Occupation Skill Appraisal Experts Committee-Professional Committee of Human Resources Management.
