Li Chong, Professor in the Department of Finance, holds a PhD in Economics from Beijing Normal University. His main research interests are World Economics, Finance, and Western Economics. Li Chong was selected for the Cross-century Talents Project by the Ministry of Education in 1997; he won the 8th Beijing Colleges and Universities Top Teacher Award in 2012, and four provincial teaching awards and five provincial scientific research awards. He is the Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the China Foreign Economic Theory Seminar, Vice President of the China Society of World Economics, and also member of the Discipline Reviewing Expertise Group of the National Social Science Fund.
