There are ten full-time faculty members in the Department of Finance. The main research interests are International Finance, Monetary Policy and Financial Regulation, Corporate Finance, and Mathematical Finance. The Department of Finance offers one Master’s and one doctoral program. The Department faculty have been regularly invited to participate as advisors in government policy conferences in Zhongnanhai; some are hired as expert advisors for the People’s Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and national ministries such as the Ministry of Finance.
