There are eleven full-time faculty members in the Department of Accounting. The Department's main research areas are Financial Accounting and Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems and Audit Informationalization, and Non-profit Organization Finance and Accounting. The department's teaching curriculum broadens the horizons of the accounting discipline, integrating the perspectives of Economics and Management to create a full-featured program with practical and bilingual instruction. It builds on the deep cultural traditions of Beijing Normal University to emphasize the cultivation of humanistic and scientific literacy.
