Signing Ceremony and Awarding Ceremony of Internship Base between BNU Business School and Founder Commodities Successfully Held
On November 11st, 2012, an Agreement on Teaching and Internship Base was signed by BNU Business School and Founder Commodities. Afterwards, the awarding ceremony of the internship base was held.

Signing ceremony attendants included the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School, Ge Yuliang; the director of career development, Zhang Xiaona; the CEO of Founder Commodities, Mr. Lu Yang; the Assistant President of Founder Commodities, Ms. Dai Wei;as well as MBA, MIBstudents and general graduate students. The ceremony was hosted by the Vice General Manager of the Human Resource Department, Ms. Sun Bei.

Mr. Lu Yang welcomed teachers and students from BNU Business School and expressed the strong wish for talents and the desire to cooperate with universities. He expected that the signing and awarding ceremony would be the starting point of future cooperation, which should be implemented solidly to benefit the both sides.

To respond, Mr. Ge gave a brief introduction about the history, faculty members and subject setting of the BNU Business School. From his perspective, the subject setting caters to the company’s needs of talents, which is helpful for future cooperation. On one hand, Mr. Ge showed his expectation that students of the School could go for internship or obtain employment in Founder Commodities. On the other hand, it would be desirable if the executives could go into campus, offering the students opportunities to learn about the enterprise culture and employment philosophy in advance.

Afterwards, Ms. Sun Bei gave a lecture entitledAs Though The World changes, Innovation Does Not.She introduced the company from three aspects, which are “getting to know each other”, “views about the Founder talents” and “join us”. The lecture covered industrial distribution, operating business, quality mode, recruitment concepts of the Founder Group, as well as the training system and the motivation mechanism for the staff. In this way, the students understood more about the diversification of theFounder Group. After the presentation, students consulted those in charge of the recruitment process, the quality requirements and the standards of international business talents. Ms. Dai Wei and Ms. Sun Bei gave impressive responses.

After the Q&A section, the group from the BNU Business School visited the exhibition hall and the memorial showroom of Wang Xuan. A group photo was taken as well.

The entire activity enhanced mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for the further bilateral cooperation. Attending students benefited a lot of the activity and payed their respect to the founder of the Founder Group, the Academician Wang Xuan.
